Hey, my fellow classmates! Did you know there have been theories that you can use close to 100 percent of your brain? I learned this from a Gia gov document that I read. The theories state that you can use close to 100 percent of your brain through hypnosis, transcendental meditation, and biofeedback. Gia.Government
- Hypnosis works by relaxing the mind so the part that usually questions things becomes quieter. When that happens, suggestions can reach the deeper part of your brain more easily, making you more open to ideas.
- Transcendental meditation is a simple thing you practice where you sit down quietly in a quiet environment and repeat a personal mantra to help your mind relax. By focusing on the mantra, your thoughts slow down, and you enter a calm, peaceful state that can reduce stress and improve focus.
- Biofeedback is a way you can use sensors to show you things like your heart rate or muscle tension, so you can learn to control them. By watching your body's reactions on a screen, you can practice calming yourself and reducing stress.
I feel like this Gia.gov is important because I feel like the reason, we don't use 100 percent of are brain is because of the distractions and the world and the internet, and how it's taking control of us as a whole, and that's why we use 10 percent of are brain because we never get a chance to ever experience different tools to better are self and use are full potential.
